What causes VSC, Check Engine, and TRAC Off lights to come on?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Two days ago I got a new catalytic converter on my 2002 Toyota Highlander
with 170,000 miles—bought it new. The old catalytic converter had a hole in
it. The next day after I had the car repaired the The VSC, Check Engine
and TRAC Off lights all came on. I took the Highlander back to the place
that put on the catalytic converter and asked why the lights appeared. The
repairman “ran the codes” but nothing came up. Not sure why the lights
would come on right after a new catalytic converter was installed---could
there be a connection?
I would appreciate your thoughts.

I would suspect a damaged wheel speed sensor wire. They need a ABS code reader if this is the case.

Karmon, thanks for responding. I filled up the tank, ran some WD 40 around the O ring of gas cap and turned the gas clip until I heard it click multiple times. Lights still on:(
