Traction Off VSC and engine light P0441

What can cause a P0441?

I went to pepboys and did the code scanner and was told it had to be the evap system.

I was looking online and I found to check my oil cap which happened to be loose.

I tightened up the cap but the light is still on.

Any suggestions?

ps is my car still able to run for the time being? I do not have the time to take it to the dealer until a day or two
