WHat do you mean by specs? Are you asking what you should have looked at? If so, as with anything, you don't have to replace if it's not broken. At 70k I would check air filter and battery of course. If you have a base matrix, have rear drum brakes checked (I checked mine at 80k miles when i still had my Vibe and they were fine). I would replace serpentine belt if it's never been done before as they are very cheap and easy to change.Replace spark plugs if theyve never been done before. Wouldnt be a bad idea to have front end checked up and aligned if needed because of the terrible roads this year...tie rods, sway bar links, ball joints. I cant remember if Matrix has a replaceable fuel filter but thats something to check into. Check coolant hoses. If they hae tiny cracks and are soft and squishy, get rid of them. IF firm and dont feel brittle, theyre ok.
