Where is the fuel pump relay?

The only relay I have not checked is the fuel pump relay. Is there one for this year, make and model?

I suppose the open circuit relay functions as a fuel pump relay, In theory. In reality the problem turned out to be my starter. The idiot who had the car before me put a starter on that was designed for a automatic transmission. Mine is a standard (stick)
