If you have a leaking freeze plug replace it. Is it fuel or anti-freeze?

It is fuel and antifreeze when you turn key on not running ;fuel pump pumping fuel out of weep hole below plug

That makes no sense at all. The fuel system is not connected to the water jacket. The only scenario that could explain this (if true) would be a bad head gasket/cracked block and a leaking fuel injector that is filling up a cylinder with gas.
