1990 yota wont even turn over after webber carb install

my 1990 yota wont turn over after weber carb install. i
drove it home it needed a head gasket when i bought it.
so i put it in my shop and started workin on it it was efi so
i dont use any of the smog or injetor plug ins. so i
changed the head gasket and put the weber carb on now
wont do anything im stuped please help. by the way this
is the forst tome messing with a toyota i useually work on
chevys i might be missing something.  thanks in advance

I think you may have opened a can of worms. You should have done some research. I have never done this, but I think you should have installed an old intake manifold (which was meant for a carb), a different distributor, and now the computer is useless. It may also need to be timed differently due to the different distributor. I think you may need to spend some time on the internet and figure out what you really need to make it work. You may have to undo all the work you just did. :(
