I have a 1993 Toyota Pick=up with a 22re engine and I only have compression on cylinder 1 and 2.....whats wrong and why doesn't 3 and 4 have any compression??

NO compression at all tends to be valves or rings. Some compression tends to be gasket. Loss of compression in adjoining cylinder also tends to be gasket. Add some oil to the cylinder and repeat the compression test, if it regains some compression, it was likely the rings (the oil helps seal them). If you see no difference in compression after adding the oil, then it remains the valves or gasket.
Because it is an old, tired engine- and it is crying out for repairs- at least it is a vehicle WORTH repairing-
