Adjustments for altitude were really only necessary on the carbureted 22R engine, which your truck has a very slim chance of having. It is more likely to be the 22RE engine which would account for altitude on its own through the computer. Even still, 5,000 ft is not high altitude. Just about any vehicle tuned for sea level still runs great in Denver. It's when you get to the 8000+ range that you begin to notice the poor tune usually. So unless it is running poorly, no it does not need further adjustment.
