Misfire #3 cylinder and random misfire

What could be causing these codes to
come up? My car acts like it’s bogging
down when I give it gas.  I’ve replaced
spark plugs about 3 months ago and o2
sensors.  It only does it while I’m goimg
through the gears.

For a quick start,look at the spark plug wires themselves are they cracked, are the boots in good condition ? ( not cracked or broken). Are the spark plug wires pushed completely on to the spark plugs? any other wires look worn or cracked?

My car does not have spark plug wires. We did replace the spark plugs again. It’s running better but still not like it should be.
