I bought a used car from a dealer thru CarGurus. The owner/salesman made promises in writing that he ultimately didn't keep. I want to file a complaint now that it is clear they are dishonest. Your email requesting a review is long gone.

You purchased a vehicle from a dealer that advertised on CarGurus. You did not purchase through CarGurus. I would suggest you use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. If you have promises in writing that were unkept I would suggest seeing an attorney of file a small claims action in court.
