Transmission fluid going in oil.

What makes you think it has ATF in the engine oil? The only way that could even happen is if it had a trans cooler in the radiator that leaked, and then a blown head gasket that let coolant (with the ATF) into the engine - a long shot at best, and you'd know if you had coolant in the oil. Either that or you added it to the engine by mistake.

Is it gaining engine oil as measured at the dipstick? Is the oil the normal color? Smell the oil to see if it smells like gasoline. If it does you have a bad fuel injector that is dumping gasoline into the cylinder.
