Front passenger door handle replacement

Asked by DaRo Sep 28, 2007 at 06:09 PM about the 2001 Toyota Sequoia SR5

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2001 Toyota Sequoia SR5
I need to know the proper sequence to remove the front passenger side  interior door panel to replace the door handle/pull. It
appears looking at the new handle that if this is a two piece unit, both will need removing.
I have removed other auto panels and need to know if this one has a pull out plastic button or if I need a specialised removal tool.
All replys greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I would check out a Haynes manual, they have excellent step-by-step directions on how to do this along with any special tools required.
