code P0128 COOLANT THERMOSTAT , COOLANT TEMPERATURE BLOW
THERMOSTAT REGULATING.     HOW TOO FIX IT?????

The most common fix is to replace the thermostat. The computer is expecting the engine to warm up at a certain rate based on intake air temp and RPM. If the engine takes longer to heat up it often sets this trouble code. It can also be a bad coolant temp sensor, but 90% of the time is a bad thermostat that's sticking open.
