My 05 chevy Impala heater doesn't get warm

Is the engine up to temperature? If so, either it's clogged or the water pump is worn. Not enough coolant flow through the core.

if engine temp good, could be your heater core plugged up, remove heater hoses from engine and back flush thur heater hoses thur heater core, see if a lot of crap comes out, also the temp door actuator that control heater system from hot to cold bad, look in behind glove box and watch actuator motors and see if they move when changing heater on controller from cold to hot, also before flushing heater core feel both heater hoses and see if they feel the same temp
