A 2006 Transmission in my 2005 Chevy Impala and they still don't know what's wrong and I'm paid him $300 so I am just trying to figure out what is wrong with my car so I can fix it

It almost sounds like you have a problem with the drive by wire throttle body. Maybe you should not the billet and take it to the dealer or a better shop that has guys with some years under their belt. Sounds like the shop you have been going to is just guessing
