Can i disable my anti theft

My anti theft is on and its killing my battery i dont have the
money to get it fixed right now. But my ? To u is if i take the
cluster/theft fuse out will i still be able to drive my car with
no problems

The anti theft system in malibu's is the bane of almost every older malibu owner. Pretty sure if you take the fuse out it won't let you start the car.
