i have a 2005 malibu. we think someone is taking our gas i thought that there was a preventative now in the gas area that prevents siphoning is this correct

I have a 2005 chevy malibu 4cyl and it won't start. I've already replaced the starter and Crank Position Sensor and still nothing. There's spark and there's fuel but fails to start. There's also a heavy smell of gasoline under the hood when I try to start it. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! 8 Answers
