2005 malibu a year ago the heat and air conditioner would only blow out on the highest setting  (4) then one morning it would barely blow out on 4 I didn't think it was at all but the windshield started to defrost a little. I can not find a diagram of my fuse box either on the top it says 80 all the ones I saw say 40 does it matter? Any suggestions would be good! Also when a car lights and radio turn on fine but will not start makes a clicking noise and after being on a small charger for 1.5 hours it starts is that the battery dying? (Been very cold and windy here in MI)

Try looking in the owner's manual for a diagram of the fuse box and fuse ratings. If you don't have a manual check online, autozone's web site have electrical diagrams in their "repair guides" section. Make sure fuses are correct, never put a higher-rated fuse in a slot, it can cause overheating of wires or fires. Regarding the blower only working on high, that's usually caused by a "blower motor resistor pack" failing. The lower settings direct electrical power to resistor pack to reduce voltage, the highest setting applies electrical power directly to the blower motor skipping the pack. The "clicking noise" is the starter, and yes, it is likely the battery is too weak to start it, cold weather can kill a battery. If it's not taking a charge it may be time for a new one. Take it to any auto parts store and have it tested. If you need a new one, they'll even install it for you, and they require the old one as a core deposit. Good luck!

I do not have the manual I couldn't find it on autozone either. I found one similar but not exactly. Regarding the heat/ac not blowing out on high anymore....it randomly started blowing when I was driving. Any ideas?
