How do I replace the interior fuse panel in a 2004 Toyota Sienna LE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
The stereo in our 04 Sienna stopped working sometime ago, we replaced the fuse on
many occasions but it keeps burning out. I had the mechanic check it out and he "fixed"
it, it only worked for a month and went out again. I think I just need to replace the entire
interior panel and would appreciate some guidance and thoughts on this.
Thanks

If I were you, I would run a hot wire from the battery with an inline fuse to the main power wire of the stereo. That way you will bypass all the problems that exist in the original wiring harness.
Thank you both! I have one more question...is there an online manual or instructions that I can look up? I am an armature at this, I have never worked on anything with cars.
Go to you tube and search for how to replace your radio. The only thing you need to know is which wire is the positive one. Splice a new wire into that one and cut the old lead wire off behind it so it's no longer connected to the power source. Take the new wire and find a good power supply. Now be sure you put the fuse in between the power source and in a place that you can get to should you ever need to replace it again. And put a tag on it for future owners. You may find the wiring diagram by googling it. Take your time. There's a bazillion wires.
