My wife's van won't start

My wife is living in AZ, and twice in two weeks now, she's tried to start her sienna van (over 100,000 mi.). Took it back to dealer we bought it from, and they "ran a complete diagnostic" and didn't find any problems. Could it be the radiator thermostat telling the sensor the engine temp is too high?

That might be your problem. I once had the same problem on a 2002 VW Passat and replaced the thermostat and everything worked after that, the thing was it didn't come up on the computer either.
