While on vacation, the power slide side doors both stopped working at the same time. Is this just a fuse issue, or could it be a bigger problem?

It is most likely not a fuse issue. It sounds like the control module(s) for the power sliders have gone bad, or perhaps the wiring harnesses, tracks, or latch assemblies. Have this diagnosed by a dealership as there are many possible problems.

This just happened to my wife and she found the kids had hit the power door switch under the dash and this turned off the power doors for both side. Check your manual for the location

I have this same trouble passager side rear door stops working it only happens when the temp. is above 85 degrees slide the door shut and it starts working again

check the Power Door Shutoff Switch, under the dash, you might accidentally hit it with your knees,

Power corrupts switch under dash had been turned off.
