why can't i give contact information?

I have been trying to give my phone number to potential buyers.  I have checked the spot where you recommend not to give it out, but it still won't send it to the potential buyer.  I am trying to play by the rules, but I don't understand how to sell my vehicle to another party if I can't contact them.  Please help me. I'd be glad to pay up front to Car Gurus, buy my previous answer from you guys was that that's not possible.  I'm not trying to bypass a payment to you guys.  I just don't get it.  Please help.  Thanks, Jack K.
