I have a 1996 Toyota Tacoma pickup whith 70 thousand miles on it. It is parked on the side of my yard. It has been three years since it was started. It has one half tank of gas what should I do?

If you can drain all the gas out of the tank. Put new gas in the tank along with a good fuel system cleaner like Seafoam or Techron. I would also install a new fuel filter and if possible drain as much old gas as you can out of the fuel lines.

"Full of regrets" has the best 1st steps. Also you could check the rubber hoses and fan belts to see if they need replacement ; the spark plug wires and boots should be looked at in case of a loose connection or break . But likely, once you get good fuel to the cylinders she'll fire right up, it is a Toyota after all.
