Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1996 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L that will Idle, but will not accelerate. Unless you accelerate really slow (I mean really slow). Could the Fuel Pressure Regulator cause this? I have installed new Fuel Pump, & Fuel Filter. Please help any idea where to check to correct this issue?

check the fuel pressure at the shroeder valve on the fuel rail...should be at least 50-70 PSI~ the fuel filter could be choked...I'd start there~!
