2000 Toyota Tacoma Charging System

My truck is a 5VZ-FE V6 2000 Toyota Tacoma extra Cab with an added super charger.  My problem is that my battery keeps dying.  I tested the battery and it has 500 cranking amps, which Napa said was good.  So I replaced the Alternator.  I am still having the same issues.  I noticed that when I turn on the headlights the clock dims.  My question is does anyone have any other ideas on what the problem could be and if anyone one else is having these issues?  Thank you!

definitely sounds like a charging system fault. check the output of the alternator at the alternator and also at the battery. most alternators charge at 13.5 - 14.5V

Troy is right on the money. A good place to look is the alternator, even though it's new. Also check to see if you have cables grounding out(i.e. things that shouldn't touch)
