truck won't start.

2001 tacoma stalled,now won't start. no headlights,starter,fuel pump or code reader
signal. Starter is works when I jump the starter but truck won't start. Any help out there?

When you insert key does red LED stop flashing? Don't even have to turn key, just stick it in ignition.
I can't find the image of fuse box, but in underhood J/B fuse #12 is for OBDII and #13 for the multi-port EFI ...fuel injectors. Go to this link in the next window to see the map Page 289

Still can't find map that will copy. But be sure to check fuse #28. That's the ECU, type B fuse. I am going through all this fuse stuff because when you jump solenoid it turns over
