toyota tacoma O/D transmission lock out switch

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Transmission overdrive will disengage but will not re-engage. Switch checks out OK.

I'd look at the solenoid for dirt, crud, road scuddies bungin' up the works...zap it with a power probe with the battery disconnected to see if it will behave (if an electric solenoid)~
