right way but incrementally, after a few minutes it will close few inches, the
longer time the more it close.

I used some Silicone Spray in the tracks that guide the window on each side and the window zip's up & down now.

Rowefast has a good point. If that doesn't solve the problem, your window may have "jumped the track" or the track mechanism is binding. For those corrections, you'll have to pull the door panel, pull back the plastic liner (do not cut it ) and then look the situation over, correcting what ever is needed.
