Just bought this truck and wondering when to use the other gears besides
Drive, R etc.

No need to be changing any gears manually, just keep it in drive, r for reverse, and P for park. If it is snowy, you can start out in 2nd gear or find that perfect gear when going off road. Your owners manual will explain some things.
