Wheel Rust

I'm interested in buying a truck and my only hold
up is wheel rust. How bad does the rust in the
picture look and should it stop me from buying
2005 Toyota Tacoma for $5,000 with 93,000 miles?
That rust is the only negative I noticed.

More important is the condition of the frame , if that's rusted out then walk away , rims and tires you can get pretty easily

Thanks. Good call, I know it's a year when the frames started rusting away but the frame seems okay.

That rust is superficial but the frame and body work could be a lot worse. Inspect before buying!
