Timing 0n a 06 toyota tacoma v6 vvti

Bought the truck with a replacement motor  of a
100000 miles it's throwing a bank 1 cam shaft
sensor code and both knock sensor codes the
motor seems to run fine .the shop said the timing
pattern doesn't match what it's supposed to he
said it had the wrong timing sprockets in it .had a
new transmission installed now it's got a harsh 3rd
and won't go in to overdrive  sometimes so stop
