Dear leighanne-- The first place to look for a side view mirror for you 1990 Toyota Tercel would be your local Toyota dealer. You can also find them at parts stores, both locally and online. Whenever I need a part for an older car I use my local junkyard or an online junkyard like www.junkyarddog.com. Nowadays junkyards are fairly sophisticated and most are part of a nationwide network with access to all kinds of parts. I hope you find a mirror before I ride up alongside of you on my bike.
