where is the fuel pump in a 94 tercel 4 door DX located

need to change the fuel pump and need to know where it is and how to replace it. thanks!

The fuel pump is located underneath of the rear bench seat. Simply pry up on the rear bench seat at the lower left and right corners of the bench until it 'pops' up. Push down on the back of the seat and pull in a rear and downward motion to remove the locking hooks from the chassis. You will find (providing it isn't covered by insulation) a black metal shield covering the access to the fuel pump. Using a 10mm socket, remove the four bolts securing the main metal cover to the chassis and remove the metal cover, exposing the fuel lines. From there, it should be common sense. USE CAUTION when removing your fuel pump as to not damage the fuel sending unit and level sensor. Hope this helps.
