MY 1996 tOYOTA tERCEL WONT IDLE LIKE IT SHOULD

Having a problem getting my Toyota  Tercel to idle like it should, all the
vacuum lines are connected where they should be no vaccum leaks , no fuel
leaks, and the timing is dead on.  Im getting ready to stick some dynamite
under it , spent my whole Holiday working on this thing , and almost done , it
just wont idle. Please give me some insight
