I have a 2000 Tundra EBrake light on dash will not turn off. Has new brakes and brake
fluid is fine... Also EBrake works fine light stays on even when EBrake is released. How
do I turn light off? Is there is a fuse, can It be replaced if so where is it?

Check the switch on the ebrake. Unplug it. If it then goes out replace the switch.

Sounds good thank you for the response but what does the switch on EBrake look like?
Small plastic piece with wires hooking to it. Either on ebrake handle mech or ebrake pedal mech. Which ever yours has.
If yours has pedal might try just pulling up on the pedal as you pull the release handle.
