Buyer is offernung to buy without seeing the car.   Is this the normal procedure ?  What if he does not like the car ?  How do we arrange for him to see the car ?

Beware of payment schemes and you having to ship the car to them.

Watch out for scammers who want to OVER pay you for the car, then instruct you to use the excess payment to pay an unseen shipper by wire. Those payments turn out to be fraudulent and any monies you wire out are long gone.
