Why does my car shake while idling ?

Asked by katiemarie92 Mar 07, 2020 at 09:11 PM about the 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer LS 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2005 trailblazer that I just bought used
from someone with 229,700 something miles.. the
first two days the car ran like a champ & drove
great THEN I started having issues smh.. when I’m
stopped at a light , my car shakes & has rough
idling.. from what I’ve been reading online , it could
be my spark plugs.. should I be worried it’s a bigger
issue ?

If no check engine lights...Does it only happen when you have the defroster or AC on? Being it just happened, can probably rule out motor mounts. I'm leaning towards dirty throttle body, remove and clean it.
