Most of them are, it usually states that on the fan shroud or radiator support.

No, it's standard, lefty loosey righty tighty. Luckily on both of my TB's, I can use a big crecent wrench and whack it to the left with my hand to loosen. Others to use a chain to keep the water pump from turning, or better yet, an air hammer to loosen the nut.
