I am getting no voltage on the small solenoid wire to the starter. I have already changed the starter relay and no good. I also have ground on both sides of the 5 amp fuse in the under dash fuse box.

Checked all fuses and they all show good.
Getting power to the under hood junction
box but no power from there to starter.
Thought the relay would fix it but no good.
Any ideas would be great. Thanks
