I recently do that on my civic 1996 with help i do it in about 4 hours, it could have been a little less but i take it slowly cuz it was my first time doing it, was really teachfull!!
There's toyota time, there's chilton time, and there's your time. You could safely look up the labor at the library, read what it includes and add for accessories that interfere. Then double it. Then add any special needs of your own.
I did mine in -15 degree weather in about 6 hours total in an old barn missing half the windows. Make sure you know which timing marks to use it’s tricky and what I did was put the crank at 10 degrees and not Tdc when the tensioner made slack 10 degrees seemed to take it up
