Cabin air filter 2006 tundra

Question type: General
My 2006 Toyota Tundra has an unpleasant odour to
it when I first start it up and turn the heat or a/c on.
Just wondering if there is a cabin filter that needs to
be changed or if anyone else has had a similar
problem.

the 2006 tundra does not have a replaceable cabin filter. It has a permanant foam element behind the glove box.you can see a bit of it if you open the box and shine a light in behind.its attached to the firewall.
This foam filter, never gets dirty or dusty, after 14 years of use? Right, the checks in the mail, I'll respect you in the morning, and I wont, well you know.

But what if you HAD to replace it. How simple, hard, easy? Could you find, easily, the replacement unit?
