Can a power window switch be fixed?

Yes. They can become loose at the connection from being closed. It may be just that.. A good Haynes manual will have this issue in Electrical Troublshooting ..

Usually it is a connection or lose wire. That can be fixed. To fix the switch itself, the ones made now-a-days, no. Easier to purchase a new one. Parts in all probability are nonexistent for the consumer to buy. Parts are made an stored in China, the cost to order parts and ship them may be more than a new part. I replaced the old ones in my 69 Corvette two years ago, and they work so much better, faster and no issues.
