e- brakes don't work, pedal ingages/releases. what do i look for, how may i try to repair?

Inside the brake rotors (rear) there's a small drum brake system. They can be viewed by removing rotor. Visually confirm that there is still brake material attached to the steel shoe, and adjust them as necessary. You may have to dis-assemble adjuster assy., wire brush the threads, and I would lube it up with some Neverseize compound. (you can get away w/ any grease you have).

My brake system comes with bump in road on after I am driving high way speeds, suddenly comes on and off, I have pulledinside brakelever up and helt it up, they still engage and release at highway speeds.whatdo, I need to do to stop this ?
