Thermostat?

Ok this morning I noticed me heat wasnt very hot
but the vehicle temp was a little past half way, a
little warmer than usual. Bad thermostat?

Check the coolant level first. It may just be low. Alternatively it could be a bad thermostat or clogged radiator or heater core. When was the last time the coolant was flushed and refilled?
