2004 TrailBlazer has antifreeze all over the engine bay. What couldve caused this?

I was driving on the highway and noticed the car
overheating. I pulled over to see if it needed antifreeze
and added antifreeze. Waited for the car to cool down
before starting it back up and once I got to my location
there was antifreeze all over the engine bay?

You have a leak,pinpoint it these kinds of leaks will reek havok on an engine
