Humming noise

I have a 2004 chevy blazer when driving in
2 wheel it makes a humming noise or
grinding noise and when you slow down it
gets louder but if you put it in 4 wheel it
goes away what could it be

I would check the front wheel bearings. This can make that noise. Front wheel bearings could be bad.
