2004 won't turn over, sounds like computer is grinding and headlights flash

Lastt week while trying to leave work, my car wouldn't start...headlights and dash lights
would flicker and computer sounded like it was grindingmy friend jumped me and it
eventually started another night on my way home going about 70 my car completely shut
off once it was stopped started right...next day it wouldn't start...kept trying and it
eventually started...that night someone had to jump me...garage checked it out..battery is
fine...car didn't act up for them....The diagnostic thing said something about the security
chip....they cleared the code..but it's still doing same thing...I'm so fed up!

Clean and tighten all battery connections. Also tighten and clean the negative connections on the frame and motor
