Clicking noise under dash on passenger side when heater is on. A/C works fine.

clicks only when in heater mode, right around my glove box. Anybody ever heard anything like this?

It is the heater door actuator that is grinding gears. find the sound it should be behind the glove box. they can be easy to change sometimes. however they can be buried. the cost for the part is about $40
