Pull the wheel of, after it is jacked up and blocked, see if you can rotate the tire. Listen for sounds. It may be a wheel bearing or drive boot going bad. Make sure both front drive tires are off the ground and secure by jack stands. If turning the tires can't be done or you don't hear any noise turning it, start the car and put it in drive. have someone inside then apply the brakes easily and listen for any noise. Look to see if any cotter pin or other brake part may be rubbing on the turning wheel. Look for wear marks that rubbing takes place. Be extreamly careful, and never get under the car when it is running or jacked up on stands. That's what mirrors are for. Turn the wheel if you hear the sound and again apply the brake and listen for the sound. It may be the front wheel drive boot. Your car is 10 years old and it's time they start wearing out. Did you have the rotors professionally turned? Some cars have a "no rotor turn" type rotor, they are one use only and throw-away. Check the rotor to see if there are now any excessive wear marks. Have fun.
