The horn in my Chevy Cavalier doesn't work even after I replaced the fuse.

The horn just quit working.  I put a new fuse in but still no horn.

There is a relay, but the forum I looked at says it's taped to the left side under dash wiring loom. I just can't imagine chevy TAPING a relay in place. Take a jumper wire from wire terminal on horn to positive side of battery (you only need the one wire, it's grounded to frame), and if it works it's either the relay or the contacts in steering wheel. If not, horn unit it's self

Take off the steering wheel and you will see the plastic cam is cracked. You need an expert to do it or you set off the air bag! Very common Cavalier issue.
